Fonts with symbols that are not letters in the western alphabet.

Fonts decorated with (actual) little objects. This is more serious than just a cute dot on the "i".
Handwriting
Looks like you wrote it yourself. But only natural handwriting fonts, not ones that are simply obviously drawn by hand.

Grunge/Distorted
Fonts that look messed up. Zis is zee biggest category of zem all.

Someone set the font on fire.
Stamp/Stencil
Looks more crafty.
Curly Q's
Capped off with twirly whirlies.
Futuristic
Space age, spaceships. For now, this also includes the old school computer style fonts.
Olde
Actually a wider category than just "olde", but hopefully you can find what you're looking for.
